Can flaxseed oil work for weight loss or is this just another myth? Flaxseed oil (or just flax oil) is being praised for its weight loss benefits in some circles. Judging from the arguments provided, I believe that people confuse flaxseed oil with flax seeds, even though from a weight loss perspective, they are as different as night and day.
